       If your package comes damaged, don't accept it when you think the product is damaged/broken, or stolen.
       No returns of any monogrammed, custom items, or "special orders items" brought in for you.
       No refunds on shipping for your order, our labor, cost of raw materials ordered for your project on canceled work orderes.
