About Arthur Court:
Mr. Arthur Court founded the company in 1966. In the 1970s, they became the first company in the United States to incorporate aluminum into tabletop collections. Since then, Arthur Court Designs remain a leader in the aluminum tableware and home decor industry.
All Arthur Court products are made from high-quality aluminum, a lightweight metal that combines well with other materials such as glass, wood, and acrylic. 
All Arthur Court products are designed in California and hand-made by artisans all over the world. 
This frame is a new Arthur Court from the year 2007 and stamped as such.
It is a horse frame which I could not find on the internet.
Artist Joni Lund made the find and recycled this new frame by increasing the highlights by giving it a higher polish and increasing the contrast by blacking the recesses.  It is now also numbered #02182020 and engraved with Joni Lund as well.
Joni is a silver, copper, wax, hair, watercolor, acrylic, leather, and bone artist.
This frame was unique originally.  Now with Joni's added touches, it pops.  
This western horse frame is made for a 5" x 7" photo.
